Bridge Request Process For IntegrateHQ

This article outlines the process of requesting a bridge from IntegrateHQ for a new PMOS client.

Steps for Requesting a PMOS Bridge

1. Move Clone Portal Into Client Portal (Supered)

2. Reach out to IntegrateHQ to Enable Bridge

3. Request Renewal and Collection Deal Creation

Move Clone Portal Into Client Portal

There are two different ways to copy the clone portal into a client portal. One is by requesting IntegrateHQ to copy over the clone portal and the other is through Supered.

Reach out to IntegrateHQ to Enable Bridge

When there is a new PMOS client, you will need to reach out to IntegrateHQ to enable the bridge for their portal. After you have access to the client's HubSpot portal, you will need to add development2@geeklymedia.com as a Super Admin. Once you have access to their property management software, you will need to share that password through LastPass to Tim Munro (tim@integratehq.com). After you have given them access, you will need to send an email similar to the one below to Tim (tim@integratehq.com) and IntegrateHQ Support (support@integratehq.com). The below example is for a HubSpot portal that we brought the clone portal over through Supered.

Hi Tim,

Could you please enable the bridge for Kenwood Management, HubSpot Portal ID: 5475971. We do not need the clone portal brought over for them though. We have added development2@geeklymedia.com as a super admin and have shared their Appfolio login credentials to your email.
They will be getting renewal and collection deal creations but not at this moment. I will let you know once they are ready for those.
Thank you,
Mariah

You will need to ask the client who they would like to receive the sync issue report emails for any data issues that the bridge experiences. When the bridge has been enabled, you will also email Tim and request that the email address the client has specified be added to the sync issues report.
Hi Tim,
For Kenwood, could you please add billsinger@kenwoodmgt.com and development2@geeklymedia.com to the sync issues report?
Thank you,
Mariah

Request Renewal and Collection Deal Creation

After the Renewal and/or Collection deal pipelines have been built, tested, and approved by the client and they are ready to go live, you will email Tim and IntegrateHQ Support to enable the deal creation.

For Collections, you will need to let Tim know when the client would like for deals to populate (when they are considered late) and the amount for which tenants are considered overdue. Typically clients will say when a tenant has a balance $100 or more, $500 or more, or any balance at all.

Collections Example

Hi Tim,

Could you please enable the creation of Collection Deals for Kenwood 1 day after the Grace Period (on the 6th of the month) when the tenant has a balance of $100 or more?

Thank you,

Mariah

For Renewals, you will need to let Tim know how soon prior to the lease expiration date that deals need to populate.

Renewals Example

Hi Tim,

Could you please enable the creation of Renewal deals for Kenwood? They would like for the deals to populate 60 days prior to the lease expiration date.

Thank you,

Mariah
