Google Tag Manager allows you to delegate access to other users at the account and container level.
Add Geekly Media to an account
To add users to a Tag Manager account:
- Click Admin.
- In the Account column, select User Management.
- Click.
- Select Add new users.
- Enter google@geeklymedia.com
- Set Account Permissions. User is selected by default, and this level allows the user to view basic account information. Select Administrator if the user should have the ability to create new containers and modify user permissions for accounts and containers. Geekly just needs access to the container for the website they are managing.
- Set the Container Permissions to Publish so Geekly can add and publish the necessary tags to your website.
- Click Invite.
Add users to a container
To add user permissions for a specific container:
- Click Admin.
- In the Container column, select User Management.
- Click.
- Select Add new users.
- Enter google@geeklymedia.com
- Assign Container Permissions. Geekly needs Publish access to be able to manage tags for your website.
- Click Invite.
